My coeliac daughter loves these donuts - best she has ever had, all 6 were gone by the next day! These were the OG ring donuts - refreshed equally well in an air fryer or a microwave. Worth every penny and being able to select the delivery day was fantastic.
I had purchased the Veganuary box and my favourite out of the whole box was the glazed vanilla ring doughnuts so I had to purchased a whole box of them! They taste just like real doughnuts but slightly heavier since it’s wheat and gluten free but that is a perk as it means it’s more filling. Unfortunately none of them made it to the oven as I ate it cold from the fridge and enjoyed them so I imagine they would be even more elite if you can manage to hold back long enough to warm them up!
I ordered the yumyums first, and since they were amazing I had to try these!! They were so so good and I couldn’t resist having more than one in a sitting! They’re some of the best gluten free donuts I’ve ever had!

Discovered Borough 22 maybe 3 years ago. Rarely order because fresh doughnuts are so much better and I don't live near enough to Selfridges to buy individual doughnuts. However, I occasionally get a box of 6 and they never disappoint. 2 demolished on the day of delivery. The rest frozen for later. The reheating instructions are clear and if you follow them, the doughnuts are lovely - like eating fresh from the oven. These taste just like I remember gluten-doughnuts tasting from a certain American brand. They are soft, fluffy, and you cannot tell they are gluten-free at all as the texture is perfect. I only wish there were more branches of Borough 22 all over the country!
It was alright. Smooth delivery and good customer service. The taste was alright but not as amazing as I expected, maybe i set up a too high expectation.
I ordered them for myself for my birthday, and the one I had when they arrived was lovely, a little dense but tasted great. Really pleased. I went to have another later in the day, it smelled a little fishy, and had gone hard but I managed to refresh this one with warming it and adding sugar, as per instructions, and it still tasted good. The next day, I couldn't refresh them as they smelled really strange, a sort of musty fishy smell? They were very dry too. I did try to make myself eat them as they were expensive and I did really want birthday baked goods, but unfortunately I couldn't eat them. I am really sorry and the fresh one was brilliant, I'm not sure what happened to them, it was my mistake at thinking they might last to the next day, and I think I'll just stick to buying them one at a time in person in the future :) Thank you x

Great tasting donuts. My girlfriend is allergic to dairy and gluten so this is her favourite spot for fried donuts. Very grateful

Very disappointed!! We tried these donuts on the day they arrived but they were already going stale - the middle part was very dry and solid even after microwaving to 'refresh' them. The taste was nice but only the outer 1/2cm layer had the right texture. Overall at £28 for 6 they were very expensive for what was a stale donut and we wont be buying these again

Absolutely brilliant as always
This was my first time ordering from borough 22 and it will be the first of many! These doughnuts are so delicious especially with the instructions to reheat them they taste amazing. Even my family members who don't need gluten free said how lovely they were.
My fiancé is coeliac and always misses out when we get doughnuts. I am dairy free so I haven't had fried doughnuts in years! I ordered these as a treat for the whole family. My fiancé said that they were the nicest doughnuts he has ever had! There were two spare and he wouldn't share them with us!

I’ve had doughnuts from here a couple of years ago, I wasn’t the biggest fine (sorry just honestly speaking). But today I went to Birmingham Bullring and saw their original glazed doughnut and I thought I didn’t see this when I’ve previously purchased. So I brought one… and it was the BEST! I felt bad as the cashier asked me are you celiac and I said yes, he then said what do you think of them and I said they were alright. We laughed about my honesty. But I eat my words! Because this honestly was so tasty.. it’s night alright, it’s delicious! I am so glad I tried it again! I don’t normally leave reviews, but I feel so bad because this was great. I also loved the fact they had the calories beside it, as I track my calories! Love love love!
